3 YEAR OLDS

Morning or afternoon classes are available for 3 year olds on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Morning classes run from 8:45am until 11:00am. Afternoon classes run from 12:30pm until 2:45pm.

As of September 2022, fees for Tues/Thurs classes are $120 per month less $75 (Affordability Grant subsidy). As long as the Affordability Grant is in effect, $45 will be withdrawn from your account.

NOTE: Registration and PAD forms will state the full cost of the program as the program must have permission to deduct that amount should the subsidy no longer be in effect.

4 YEAR OLDS

Morning or afternoon classes are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Morning classes run from 8:45am until 11:00pm. Afternoon classes run from 12:30pm until 2:45pm.

As of September 2022, fees for Mon/Wed/Fri classes are $150 per month less $75 (Affordability Grant subsidy). As long as the Affordability Grant is in effect, $75 will be withdrawn from your account.

REGISTRATION FEES AND DEPOSITS

A non-refundable $50 registration fee is required upon receipt of registration to hold your child’s spot.

As we are a co-operative playschool, we require our parents to volunteer and assist in different capacities. COVID-19 restrictions prevent us from having parent volunteers in the classroom so assistance on parent committees, fundraising and with classroom preparation or other activities is required. There is currently no security deposit for this commitment but CLCP reserves the right to administer one should parents not respect this commitment.

Additionally authorization for a $100, $200, $300 Toy Cleaning/Bingo security deposit will be required at the time of registration. The authorization is given until the end of the school year as an assurance that your family will fulfill your assigned duties for one toy cleaning and one bingo during the school year. For more information please refer to our handbook which can be found here. The Toy Cleaning/Bingo security deposit will be dependent on COVID-19 restrictions and amounts may be adjusted.

Direct Withdrawal

Fees are paid by automatic direct withdrawal. Please click HERE for the most current pre-authorized debit agreement which should be filled out online and emailed to clcpadmin@callingwoodlymburn.com with a copy of a VOID cheque or Bank Direct Debit Form.
